MEET THE FOUNDER
Gregory George Kotlarczyk
While waiting to be accepted into the School of Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida, Gregory George Kotlarczyk began his journey in 1997 working as a personal trainer and licensed massage therapist at Walt Disney World Resorts. His passion for human movement and recovery quickly led him to work alongside chiropractors, where he recognized the vital need to integrate chiropractic care, massage therapy, and exercise into a cohesive therapeutic approach.
Gregory later earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. During his years of study and professional experience, he observed an important insight, for every joint, there are roughly three muscles involved, yet few educational programs focused deeply on the clinical and functional application of soft tissue therapy.
Driven by this gap, Gregory began developing what is now known as Manual Therapy Methods™, a continually evolving system that blends science, innovation, and hands-on skill to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function. More than just a technique, Manual Therapy Methods™ represents a methodology that adapts and grows with modern research and biomechanical understanding.
Today, Gregory’s mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare professions that utilize or rely on soft tissue and muscle therapy, including massage therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and physical medicine practitioners. Through online courses, live workshops, and an educational portal, Manual Therapy Methods™ provides professionals with high-level training, practical confidence, and tools to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
